Not able to process bill payments due to Payroll subscription please help us asap. Nobody responding when we are reaching quickbooks support team.

I've got your back, @naresh-kadali-qu.

 

Processing your bill payments in QuickBooks Online is my priority. I have some troubleshooting to help fix the problem.

 

Are you using Bill pay? If so, did you receive any error messages while processing the bill payments? Any additional information will help me provide the most suitable resolution. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend logging into your account through incognito. This way, we can verify if this is a browser-related problem.

 

Use the hotkeys below:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  •  Control + Option + P (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

Once logged in, pay the bill again to verify if it's performing well. If you can process successfully, please return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache.

 

If you're paying your contractor via Direct Deposit and unable to process due to a payroll subscription, I recommend making sure you have an active membership.

 

Here's how to check: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select the Account and Settings tab. 
  2. Choose Billing and Subscription
  3. In the Payroll section, review your subscription.
