Not able to update banking section. Profile shows same information as last updtae on 02/18/2020

Welcome and thanks for visiting the Community, @caav2984. The automatic download of transactions in QuickBooks depends on the data shared by your financial institution (FI). 

 

Let's manually refresh the connection of your bank to bring in your new transactions. Go to the Banking page, then select Update

 

This will update all of your connected bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks. When you're prompted about additional authentication, simply follow the onscreen instructions.
