Which MacOS do you run?

We no longer have offline versions, @Cre8Dsgn. Let me share some information about it while I provide the available ones.

If you upgraded or updated the OS version, your Desktop Mac 2016 will no longer work. It also needs to connect to a server for product activation or register. However, this is already unsupported. 

Moreover, the one-time license is unavailable starting in 2022 as we transition to a subscription-based model. The last edition we released with a license fee was QuickBooks Desktop 2021. Therefore, QuickBooks Desktop editions need an internet connection to function effectively.
