Ok, please delete this one account and all info associated with it. I have a new account but subscription goes to old one account.

You can cancel the old account by following the steps below. Before doing so, please check this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?.

 

To cancel, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  2. Go to the Gear Account and settings.
  3. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you're canceling a trial, select Cancel trial.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps.
