On the Transaction List by Donar report can add the product/service colunm?

I am trying to customize a year end donor report for donors in my church. Using the above  report, I thinks I have everything except the product/service column that shows the type of  donation, like weekly, special, etc. Can I add this and how?

Let me help you with the reports you need, @jbooze2.

 

The option to add a product and services column in the Transaction List by Donor is unavailable. As a workaround, you can export the Product and Service List report and add the details to the Transaction List by Donor report manually.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for and select the Product and Service List report.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
  4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

 

Note: If you’re missing data when you open the report in Excel, the file's in protected view. In Excel, you’ll need to select Enable Editing to view the full report. For more details, see this article: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
