"online banking matches" are causing expenses to be recorded 2x in reports. My ck acct is attached to my QB acct & I had CC attached but removed bc of this-didn't help

I appreciate you un-matching the transactions to delete this in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Thus, I’ll share with you the guidelines to properly delete them permanently. Since you already unmatched the transaction, you can then proceed to the steps below:

1. Go to the Banking menu in the left panel and choose Banking.
2. In the For Review tab, select the duplicate transaction. 
3. Tap on the Exclude button.
4. Go to the Excluded tab, and select the transactions again.
5. Press the Delete button.
