Hello @davej7431,

Let's manually update your bank account so you can keep track of your online transactions.

But first, may I know any name or information of your bank? Sharing a brief description of your situation can help me look for any related investigations.

Even so, you can manually update your bank account by clicking the Update button in the Banking page.

However, if you're still unable to update your bank transactions, you may want to consider updating your banking credentials. This way, QuickBooks will establish a connection to your financial institution to download your online transactions. To do so:

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Find your bank account.
  3. Tap the Pencil icon.
  4. Select Update sign-in info.
  5. Click Save and connect.

Here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can update your bank account: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

I've got you this helpful article that'll guide you in categorizing your downloaded transactions: Download, match, and categorize your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know in the comment section down below if you have any other concerns. I'll be always around ready to lend a helping hand.
