Question

Our Bankers have insisted on getting payroll report for the covered period having Service Providers name on it too. How can I get such a report ?

Good day, @vikrant-desai,

 

You have the option to pull up payroll reports in QuickBooks. However, if you need some custom information added to it, you will need to do it outside the program.

 

Simply export the report to include the Service Providers name in the Excel worksheet. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type the keyword "Payroll" on the search bar then select the payroll report you want from the list.
  3. From the upper right hand section of the report, click the Share drop-down.
  4. Pick Export to Excel from the options.

 

Once exported, add a column for the names you want to add.
