Our Church is starting a preschool in our church builiding. How do I best set this up?

It depends on your accounting records. In the meantime, you'll can both have it on the current account or record it separately.

On the other hand, you can set a parent customer and jobs as a student.

To create a customer in QBDT:

1. Tap on Customer Center, from the Customer menu.
2. Click on the New Customer & Job button beside New Transactions.
3. Pick on New Customer.
4. Fill in the information under the New Customer window, then tap OK to save it.

To add a job into it:

1. Right-click on the customer's name under the Customers & Jobs.
2. Select Add job, then input the job (sub-customer) details.
3. Hit OK.
