Our computer crashed, we no longer have access to the old email to get into our account. how do we get help

it is a company and was set up years ago by previous person so no idea what name and DOB she used

Hi @freaoffice-gmail , I suggest you yo try to open your email in another computer or maybe in your mobile/handphone. Try to install QB desktop in another computer, then log in to your account. Please contact quickbooks support for more help. Comment back. Cheers.

Do you need to login to your CAMPS or else?

You may claim your account thru the following link

https://camps.intuit.com/app/selfservice/index.html#claimAccount

 

If you don't have any access to the registered email, I am not sure Support will recognize your claim for the license ownership. You may need a 3rd party password reset for your company file to open it later. Then consider purchasing a new QBD license.
