Question

Our subscription was canceled for no reason that I can see. Payments are up to date. How do I get the subscription reinstated?

I've already tried "chatting" with someone; they weren't helpful.  I've asked for a call back and have not received one.  It's been over 24 hours.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. Let's work together to renew your subscription to QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

For renewals, as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll be prompted to resubscribe. Otherwise, here are some steps to route you to the subscription page:

 

  1. Select Settings, then Subscriptions and Billing.
  2. For your QuickBooks plan, click on Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
  3. Enter the Payment information and Billing address.
  4. Hit Resubscribe.
