Paid subscription in the wrong Acct showing closed

My paid subscription is showing under a no name account in my profile. I added a key word name at the end of the acc I use and need to keep. I NEED HELP. HOPEFULLY I HAVENT CONFUSED ANYONE! PLEASE HELP

I'd love to address your concern for today, Agalbert1.

 

Are you referring to the list of companies under your account (see screenshot below) in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? If so and it's showing no name, then you can just open the account and enter the correct company name from the Account and settings.


 

Here's how to enter your Company name from the Account and settings:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Click the Company tab and select the Company name section.
  4. Enter the correct company name.
  5. Click Save, then Done.
