Payroll export didn't work. How can I select items to export when they are already exported?

Good morning, @sandyjca.

 

This is frustrating I'm sure, and I'd love to help.  If you're exporting from IOP these steps can help you re-export your transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Pay Day tab, then click Export.
  2. Click Show Checks and Payments Already Exported, then update the date range to include the paychecks to transfer.
  3. Select the paychecks, then click Export.
