Question

Please call me asap. I have to reset the user and password to my bank account to connect a new account. QB is completely disabled until I can make that happen and I spent 4 hours yesterday trying to fix this on my own. Thank you very much!!

We're unable to process a callback from here, Ellicottinterior. You can use our test account to process a callback instead.

 

Let me show you:

  1. Open the test drive.
  2. Click Continue to test drive.
  3. Go to Help in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Enter "Reset the user and password to the bank account to connect a new account" in the description field, then click Continue.
  6. Click the Have us call you button.

Once your banking issue is fixed, you can connect the new bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
