Please can someone help me cancel subscription and refund payments?

I have never used this and every month ive trtied to cancel.. the website does not make it easy to do that.. ive been charged for something that i havent used

You'll have to cancel your account to avoid further charges and then contact our Customer Support to request a refund.

 

You can go to your Account and Settings to cancel the account. After canceling the account, you can reach our Customer Support to request a refund. Their tools can check your account in a secure environment and verify this request.

 

Here’s how to cancel your account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon () and then Account and Settings.
  2. Click on Billing & Subscription and click on Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  3. Select Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  5. Click on Submit and cancel subscription and then Got it.

 

If you don't see the Billing and Subscription tab, then you bought QuickBooks through a mobile app store. Refer to the following article on how to cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

Once the account is already canceled, you can now reach out to our Customer Support to process your refund request. You can do it by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent. 
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options on how to connect to our Customer Support.
