Here's how to cancel your company: 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user. 
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription  or Cancel Trial.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.  

Once canceled, you SHOULD receive an email confirmation. 

(**If you don't receive the email, then they will continue charging your account).
