PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!
I've been experiencing a NIGHTMARE.
My deposits are all being held with absolutely no explanation as to why. I've been calling support almost daily and I'm told different things every time and always promised it's taken care of. Every week the number of funds I can't access grows. I have spent 1 to 2 hours on the phone daily with support. I'm told that the "Risk Department" isn't a customer facing so there's no way I can speak to them. No one has any idea what's going on. I can't pay my team or my vendors because I can't access my money. I am literally in tears and have no idea what to do or where to turn.
