Prepaid Subscription
Hi,
I have a 1yr prepaid subscription to Simple Start, activation code purchased through Dell.com. I'm trying to upgrade to Essentials, but it doesn't give me the option to do so. I've tried a number of different things (spent 2hrs on the phone with QB support...), but we didn't get anywhere. Wondering if you might have any ideas? I manage two other businesses that are proper subscription-based and no issues there, which makes me think it's because of this prepaid plan. I tried to subscribe with this one, but it looks like it won't allow any changes until after the "free period" concludes Jan 21/2022.
