Thanks for visiting the Community today, titleist55.

We’ll have to run some basic troubleshooting steps to show the price changes for your products.

Let’s start by opening QuickBooks Online using a private window or incognito mode. Then pull up the report from there. Also, this browsing session doesn't store any data, which can cause latency in the program.

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you’re able to see the price changes for the items and services, it’s a good idea to clear the cache and cookies of your regular browser. This helps applications to run better on your computer. Otherwise use a supported browser to build the Products and Services List Report.

For future reference, I’ve included an article that will guide you on how to boost the performance of the online program. It contains a video to visually guide you through the process: Why is my QuickBooks Online slow?

I’m adding a link where you can access our self-help articles. These resources are grouped according to topics so you’ll be able to open each one easily: QBO guide.

Stay in touch if you have any clarifications or additional questions about QuickBooks. I’ll jump right back in to make sure you’re taken care of. Wishing you and your business continued success.
