Price Increase

As a loyal Quickbook user since 2007, I am extremely disappointed in the excessive rate increase from 2022 to 2023 for the Desktop Subscription. As a small business using a program that was always geared towards easy management for a small business, how could you do this to your loyal customers???? Prior to your methods of adding subscriptions to drain money from small businesses, once you downloaded the program you purchased, it was a 1 time payment and then an update every couple of years, if you chose the upgrade.

 

Last year I paid $380.18 on 1/6/2022 for the Intuit Quickbooks Plus Annual Subscription, just to be hit with a renewal fee of $547.47. This is outrageous! Also, if you are a business that keep documents in your quickbooks desktop and try to convert to Online, you loose all those documents attached to your orders because they do not transfer. If you are going to increase a rate by almost $200, you would think you would become more efficient in your programs to allow for document transfer. 

 

What upsets me the most, is because I have been using Quickbooks since I first established my company in 2007, if you can't afford to do a subscription renewal, you lock the business out and deny us access to our own company documents and full company history. This is criminal!!!!
