Primary Admin says "View User Activity"

I just upgraded our QuickBooks.  When I went in to add a user, I discovered there is an email address listed as the primary administrator (is not with our company), and I have no idea where it came from. I cannot delete this because the only option it gives is "View User Activity".  This email is also listed as a billable user.

Do you have access to the primary user account? If so, follow the steps in this guide: Change the primary user in QuickBooks Online, to change the primary user.
