Primary Payroll Administrator
I have been a QuickBooks Proadvisor since 1996 and I have never had such poor customer services than I've had in the past 3 month's. So I am reaching out to the community to see if there is anything that you all know of that could help me with the current situation. I have a client that I have been trying to reactivate their payroll. The issue was that the credit card expired, client has been with the orignaization for about 15 years and did not realize that the prior director was still the primary payroll contract, (the current director doesn't even know who the prior director was). To shorten this. The information requested -form, dl's, board approval letter, organizational documents have been submitted 4 times with 5 cases and no one can resolve the client having an active payroll or access.
