You can download your (Continuing Professional Education) CPE certificates by signing in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accountant account and going to the Training tab. You can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your QBO Accountant account.
2. Go to ProAdvisor, then, Training.
3. In the Training history section, select Learn more.
4. Find the certification you need.
5. Choose the icon in the Certification column.
   

    

Alternatively, you can directly sign in to the ProAdvisor Academy to download your CPE certificates.

1. Sign in using your QBO Accountant account to the ProAdvisor Academy.
2. Find the certification you need on the My History page.
3. Select the icon in the Certification column.
   

    

Once done, follow Step 4 of this article if you need to submit your CPE certificate to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA): Sign up for ProAdvisor and QuickBooks certification courses.
