Project AR Reports?

We are a service industry. At any given time we have about 50 active projects, most often with multiple projects for the same customer.

Is there any way to prepare an automated project AR report? We'd like to see how much is owed on each project. The idea is to prepare one AR report per project and email them weekly to the project manager.

Can this be done?

I have details that will help you in acquiring the report you need, GBE. 

 

We can run two reports the A/R report and the Profitability report. Then, export the two different reports to Excel. Once done, combine them. So you'll get the report you need, showing how much you owed on each project.
  

Project profitability: 

 

  1. In the left menu, click Projects.
  2. Select the project's name.
  3. Go to the Project Reports tab.
  4. Click View beside Project profitability.
  5. Tap the export icon and choose Export to Excel. 

 

A/R report: 

 

  1. Go to the Report, then enter Accounts receivable report. 
  2. Click Customize and then modify the Rows/Columns and Filters. 
  3. Press Run report.
