Upon searching QBO help it appears this particular report has been asked for several times by several different users for the past couple years. The answer provided has been to retrieve the required information from each project manually and upload to Excel or to use a 3rd party application in order to gather this information. Both options are clearly unacceptable considering the data is already in your database.

I hear your sentiments, @cchilds@brennera. I'm here to share some insights about running some particular reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

You're right about getting the required information and manually uploading it to excel or using a 3rd party application. I recognize the convenience of having these particular reports in QBO. I also understand that you want to make some changes and improvements to QBO to meet your business needs.

 

While running these particular reports is unavailable, I do think this would be a great time to send this suggestion to our Product Development Team to help improve your experience. We value your suggestions. This way, our developers can determine what features to add to QBO's future enhancements.

 

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback under the Profile section.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions, then select Next.
