How can I print either a bill or purchase order to include SKU's? Its madness I can't figure it out.

Hi there, Justin. I'd like to provide additional information about printing Bills or Purchase Orders with SKU in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QuickBooks, the option to print your Bills and Purchase Orders with SKUs is unavailable. You can only customize your transactions for Invoices, Estimates, and Sales Receipts.

When you print your transactions, you can press CTRL + P on your keyboard. This way, you'll be able to see the SKU information on the printed page.

To expand the view of the page by the time you print it, you can follow these steps on how to do so:

  1. Click CTRL + P on your keyboard.
  2. On the Layout field, click Landscape.
  3. Click More settings.
  4. Under the Scale (%) section, click Fit to printable area.
  5. Once done, click Print.

Additionally, you can customize your sales forms to make if professional professional-looking in QBO.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to help you.
