Purchased Labor Law Poster Compliance Service Subscription. I recvd order conf, download links return error messages, who do I contact? Cust Serv unaware of the product.

It appears no one at intuit is familiar with a product sold on their website. I have spoken to at least 15 diff people. I have Order Conf w/ Order No. License Numbers for the products and several download buttons, no of which work.

that’s The link to the Phantom product that no one at Intuit knows about. Sorry for the delay in responding I am now unable to log into the community from my desktop. I had to do so on my phone.

I’m embarrassed to tell you how much time I spent trying to resolve this issue today, this is literally the worst consumer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.

I just spent the last hour talking with someone to try and cancel the order and return my money, not because I care about the money that was spent, but because this will renew each year and remind me of this miserable day.

I even had one person from Intuit. Tell me “this is a big deal to you, but it’s not a big deal to us we are QuickBooks…”
