Ok, I am trying to update owners address and merchant services. As owner should be easy. Well not. The person originally entered data and his cell phone has been gone for four years and the cell phone number on this page incorrect. It is the number to verify u are u by texting. So if not available what can be done. Who updates if owner full rights can’t?
