QB's online app will popup when minimized. This happens throughout the day constantly. Is there a way to not have the app popup after being minimized in the taskbar?

This version of QB's online is a desktop app and not being ran from a browser.  It's constantly interrupting work flow while working in Adobe Illustrator and will popup when customers and I are making changes to artwork.  I usually turn on the privacy feature to avoid exposing information, but it's getting tiresome constantly minimizing while working.  I prefer the app over browser functionality and don't want to close the entire app down to avoid the interruptions.  Any help appreciated.

This is not the kind of experience I want you to have while using QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

QuickBooks Online for Windows and Mac desktop apps is no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. We can still use the app, but you won't be able to get software upgrades or bug fixes, such as fixing the screen display that you have.

 

However, you can continue using our QuickBooks by logging into your account through a web browser or a mobile app. Also, make sure your operating system meets the minimum requirements to ensure you can use the program for running QBO.
