Hello there, shewall07.

Did you receive an error message when trying to view a report? When going to the Reports page, you can see the date/year drop-down where you can select the desired date your want to pull up. If you're not seeing this option, you can try accessing your account on a private or a private browser. Then, run a report again. This allows you to browse the net without storing internet history and files. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

If it works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or browsing data so you can start with a clean slate.  Also, you can use another supported browser as an alternative in isolating these kinds of issues.

You can use the articles below to know more about handling transactions and reports that will help you file your taxes:

Just let me know how this works by leaving a reply below. I'll be around to help. Take care!
