I'd be glad to share some information about switching subscriptions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Changing a subscription can be done in your QuickBooks account. Here's how
- Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Make sure your payment info is up to date.
- In the QuickBooks Online section, select Downgrade your plan.
Note: If downgrading from QuickBooks Online Advanced, you'll be prompted to give us a call so we can walk you through the process.
- Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
- Follow the onscreen steps to downgrade your plan.
