Question

QBO asked me to sign a tax doc and only gave me my nick name to choose instead of my legal first name. Where might that name been populated from so I can go in and change

When doing the electronic signature, the only name choice QBO gave me was "JJ" when it should have been "Jerry".  I want to make sure "Jerry" appears next time.

The new Payroll lineup allows customers to sign in their forms using E-signature.

 

Since this is a public forum, I am unable to pull up your account for security purposes. I suggest contacting our Payroll Support to verify your account and assist you further with this matter. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Help (?) menu at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Type in a brief description of your concern and select Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat, or Get a callback.
