QBO Elite Payroll
My Client has QBO Elite payroll.
They have an issue from 2024 payroll.
Issued a case ID on 02/06/2025, and response said it would be 30 to 40 days to get a response.
It's now been 39 days, and they haven't dealt with it.
I get no response to it, they can't tell me when they'll get to it.
If this is Elite payroll service, I can only imagine what regular payroll service is.
Is there anyone I can speak to?
