We suggest contacting our phone and messaging support team to request the transfer of your certification and for you to transfer your QuickBooks ProAdvisor badge to your new account. Also, have access to the ProAdvisor Training tab using your new account. Once you've set up your new QuickBooks Online (QBO) for Accountant account. We're unable to do it here in the Community forum due to its public nature, and that process may need some confidential information to pull up your account.
