Question

QBO to QBO

I have recently started a new position and they have QBO but not at the non-profit rate.  I would like to purchase Tech Soup's non-profit QBO and transfer our data.  I called in December, 2023 and spoke with an Amari, who indicated it was best to use up the rest of my current QBO subscription and then migrate data to the new QBO subscription.  Please advise what steps I need to take to complete this work, as my current subscription is running out.

Thanks,

I appreciate your detailed information, @GoodGrief2.

Let me provide insights and what steps you should take to have a Tech Soup non-profit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, Nonprofits, public libraries, and small business training partners need to register first with TechSoup to create an account. I suggest contacting TechSoup support for eligibility verification and registration.

Once you're verified eligible, I recommend contacting our support team for further assistance in setting up a new QBO account. However, please note that not all organizations that are both nonprofits and qualified through TechSoup will be eligible to request Intuit products through TechSoup.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
