QBs Online Will Not Allow me to Edit Company Name

Based on our investigation, we've received similar reports about getting errors when editing the company name in QuickBooks Online(QBO). With that being said, I recommend getting in touch with our support team to add your name to the list of affected users and receive email updates on the progress of the issue. 

Here's how to contact our live support team: 

1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
2. Select Talk to a Human.
3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
4. Click on I still need a human.
5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
6. Choose Get a callback.
