Quickbooks changed my plan without informing me. I cant find a way to talk to a real person to get a refund.
I went form paying 12.50 to 20 to 40 without being informed or changing the features I use. Seems if a reoccurring template is activated, which i do not use seem it was switched on by accident, they just charge you more per month without informing the person paying. Horrible customer service to let that happen
