Thank you for joining the Community, metomulescu-gmai. Lets make sure you can access your info right away.

Missing information is commonly caused by out-of-date or damaged cache files in your web browser. We can get rid of them in just a few simple troubleshooting steps.

To eliminate the possibility of a webpage issue, let's start by accessing your account through an incognito/private window. If you're using the right account credentials, your subscription should be available with along with your company data.

Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito/private window for browsers:

  • Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+N

If you're able to see and access your subscription, you can go back to your regular browsing window and clear it's cache. Clearing them can get rid of the old temporary internet files and initiate QuickBooks with a clean slate.

Alternatively, you can check out and use other supported browsers to see if has something to do with your browser.

I've also added this link that you can use as future reference in managing your account: Your QuickBooks account.
