Question

Quickbooks deleted my account and kept charging me

I want to say that I have never, ever, had a worse customer service experience than I have had with Quickbooks. I logged on one day to find that they had deactivated my account and kept charging me every month. I tried to call and get in touch with someone who could help me, but the agent put me on hold for an hour and a half and hung up. I called back again trying to get in touch with a supervisor and was told one would get in touch with me. That never happened.

I am at wit's end with this company. I have never spent more time trying to get a problem solved and been treated worse by a company. Essentially, Quickbooks stole my money. Unbelievable.

Hello, @Kyler11. I wouldn't like you to be in that situation, getting charged even after deleting the account. Let me make it up to you.

You can review your intuit account to check if you don't have any active subscriptions.

You'll also want to reach out to our customer support team to check your emails to see if there is another account connected to your credit card.

I can see that you've been in touch with them. But, in this case, we'll need to check your account for further assistance and for security reasons. Our customer service staff helps us verify the charge you're getting.

You can request a refund once our specialist has verified the charge. They'll assist you in processing and getting through it. They have the tools they need to check into your account and completely delete it.

I've got some articles for you if you need more information about QuickBooks Online cancellation:

I've got your back if you have additional questions about your charges in QBO. Please post them here at any time. Have a great day!
