This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have about your refund request and I know the importance of getting it deposited into your account, @mgmiller. That's why I'm here to share further details about this.

The estimated turn-around time in processing refunds in QuickBooks is 7-10 business days. Here in the Community, the security of your account is our top priority. Reviewing your refund request requires securely pulling up your account. Since it's already beyond the allotted processing time frame, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can verify what's causing the delay in processing your refund.

We've updated our support options in QBO. You'll have to log into your account and request a callback if you want to talk to one of our support representatives to relay this matter. You'll first have to check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk
  5. Select Get a callback.
  6. Enter your contact details.
  7. Click Confirm my call

I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

Also, I'm adding this article to further guide you in managing the growth of your business with QBO: QuickBooks Help Articles. It includes topics about account management, banking, and vendor expenses to name a few. You can click the + More topics button to view more selections.

You can count me in if there's anything else you need. You can drop a comment below if you have other concerns about managing your QBO account. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
