Quickbooks Online App for Bigcommerce isn't syncing Shipping. Nothing was changed on the tool and it was working before this.

I can share with you some troubleshooting steps to help fix your issue, @userramon.

 

Please know that this isn’t the kind of service we want you to experience. That’s why I’m here to ensure you can sync the shipping to QuickBooks Online App with BigCommerce.

 

We can start by using an incognito mode. This will not save any history, so it's a great place to identify issues in the browser. Use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

 

I’d also recommend that you clear your cache. This will help us access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to other supported browsers to check if it has something to do with your browser.

 

Once done, let’s try to sync the shipping of BigCommerce again and check to see if it's working with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

However, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting Big Commerce support team to further investigate what's causing this. They can review the connection and also assist with the integration process, as well as setting or mapping the fields.
