quickbooks online company settings

Accounts and Settings page locks up when accessing it.  It is doing this on every browser and every network I try.  Just need to know where the issue is.

QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. Over time, they accumulate too much blocking the web pages from working properly. Let's rule this out by signing in to your company as an admin user using an incognito or private window. These are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If that works, go back to your regular browser. Then, clear the site data to remove the junk/temporary files. Alternatively, try disabling any extensions or add-ons. They can interfere with the program, so disabling them can help isolate the problem. 

 

Finally, check for any updates to your browser and install them if available. This way, you always get the latest security patches.

I did the incognito sessions on all the major browsers and even logged in on a friends' Mac but I get the same result when I go to https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/settings 

 

It just locks up any browser I try and while the mobile app works, the granular settings are not available there.  It is either an issue with my account configuration or QB online has as issue with their site.
