quickbooks online login

a few days ago, when i logged into quickbooks online, all 20 of my client accounts i had permission for were there.  now, tonight, when i log in, only one company is there.  i had one of my client send me a new invite but that is not working.  what am i doing wrong?  thanks

I checked our records and have not found investigations related to your concern. 

 

Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. You can start by opening QBO via incognito mode or private browsing. It will narrow the source of the issue without deleting any information.

 

Here are some keyboard shortcuts to bring up a private tab:

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

 

If you can see your clients accounts, return to your default browser and clear its cache. It will remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

 

However if the issue persists, you can let your client resend the invitation.
