I have Quickbooks Money login and just purchased a Quickbooks Online subscription. When I login in, I only see Quickbooks Money, but not the Quickbooks Online dashboard. Can someone assist?

Hello there,

I'll be sharing with you some steps that can help you log in to your QuickBooks Online.

The possible reason you can't log in to your QuickBooks Online is more likely you're using the same login credentials for two different QuickBooks products.

In the meantime, you can follow the steps below to access your QBO account:

  1. Login using your credentials in the  Manage Intuit Account.
  2. Select Products & billing.
  3. Choose your QuickBooks Online.
  4. Scroll down and click Manage my QuickBooks.
  5. A prompt will appear, then click Continue.
  6. Choose your Company and you are now logged in to your QuickBooks Online account.

To update or change your Intuit sign-in information, please refer to this article for guidance: Update or change your Intuit Account sign-in information.

I'm ready to back you up if you need more help with updating your QuickBooks Online sign-in information. I'll keep the thread open so you can comment back.

Thank you for the reply. I’ve followed your recommendation and it just keeps redirecting me back to Quickbooks Money.

Wouldn’t my login credentials be the same for all Intuit products; at a minimum Quickbooks products? It would be a lot of friction to have separate login requirements.

Hey there! I've got some steps to help you log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

It's important to note that the login credentials for different Intuit or QuickBooks products should be the same. If you're having trouble logging in, I suggest attempting to log in again. If the issue persists, we can perform some troubleshooting steps. The problem may be caused by a buildup in your browser's cache. You can use a private or incognito window to rule it out. Here are the shortcut keys:

  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Next, log in to your QBO account. If it works, you can clear your browser's cache. This removes the webpage data that’s causing the issue. If using a private browser won't work, you can use other installed supported browsers as another option.

If you're unable to fix the problem using basic troubleshooting steps, you can access the login page via this link: https://www.intuit.com/sign-in/.

After resolving the issue, you can refer to this article for guidance on changing your QBO settings: Get started and adjust settings after you sign up for QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you need further support logging into your QBO account. I'm always available to assist you.
