Recently logged into Quick Books and all my past information is gone. It wants me to try a 30-day trial. But it was given to me free because I used Turbo Tax.

Hi there, @ricksstuff-.

 

It could be that you're logged into another account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). This is the reason why you get the prompt to try a 30-day trial version.

 

If you're using a different User ID/email for TurboTax, log back into QBSE using the same credentials

 

However, if you're using the same credentials and can't still see your past information, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can check your account and conduct a deeper investigation of what's causing the issue. 

 

Here's how you can reach out to them:

 

  1. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  2. Enter the same keyword (Talk to a human) when prompted. 
  3. Click I still need a human.
  4. Select between Message an agent and Get a callback.
