My credit card was charged for a cancelled Quikbooks subscription. How do I get a refund from Quickbooks?

I'd like to make sure you'll be able to get a refund of your credit card.

 

Since the Community is a peer-to-peer user forum, my access to the tools to check your account is limited. To ensure that this issue is properly taken care of, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support.

 

They have full access to pull up your account in a secure environment. Also, they'll be able to check the charge on your account and process a refund. All accounts related concerns need to be directed to our phone support for security purposes.
