I'm sad to see you go, @noahk32-gmail-co. I'm here to guide you request a subscription refund in QuickBooks.

 

You're eligible for a refund if you purchased QuickBooks within 60 days of the purchase date under our satisfaction guarantee. However, there a couple of exceptions:

 

You can request a refund by filling out the form in Option 1 here: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product. If it doesn't apply to your situation, you can proceed to Option 2.

 

If you'd wish to get in touch with our live support directly, you can request a callback from the support options. They can pull up your account and process the refund for you.

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

 

To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. For more information, check out our support hours and types.
