I can see the importance of processing your refund, withakody.

To prevent subscription charges, I suggest canceling your account and verify if it was successfully done.

Let me show you how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. The moment you're signed in to the account, you'll be prompted to the Billing and Subscription page to Subscribe. This means that the account was successfully canceled.
  3. If not, you can verify that by going to the gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  4. Click the Billing & Subscription menu.
  5. A Resubscribe link under QuickBooks Online indicates that the account is canceled.

At QuickBooks Community, we value data security in this forum. With this, we're unable to process a refund. I'd recommend getting in touch with our Phone Support Team so they can look into your account securely.

Here's how:

  1. You can contact us using the test drive through this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/redir/testdrive.
  2. Then, go to the Help menu at the upper right and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern something like process refund for a subscription. Then, click Let's talk.
  4. Select a way you'll want to connect with us.

To ensure we address your concern on time, check out our support hours.

You can also check out this article for more details on what happens after you cancel your subscription.

I'm just here if you need more help. You take care always and have a great day!
