Removed user now getting billing receipt via email??
On Feb 16, I removed a user that is no longer with the company. I am primary admin, and I did the removal in the 'Manage Users'. Seemed pretty simple. However.
This morning, that former employee forwarded an email from Quickbooks, which contained the receipt for our monthly Quickbooks payment. This was not something she used to get before she was removed, and was generated *2 weeks* after she was not even a user. WHAT IS GOING ON? I have combed through everything trying to find where her email is still present, and find nothing. I also can't find where we choose to have the receipt emailed for our QB service. This needs to be corrected IMMEDIATELY.
