Report for purchase history

Hello,

 

I am trying to find a way to run a report that will allow me to see a specific customers purchase history for the last 6 months by individual items in inventory. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

Thanks for posting here. Allow me to assist you in running a purchase history report for your customers.

 

You can pull up the Sales by Item Detail report. Then, we can customize it so we can filter the transactions to a specific customer.

 

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports. Hover over Sales, and select Sales by Item Detail.
  2. Click the Customize Report button. From the Display tab, make sure that the Report Date Range and Report Basis are correct.
  3. From the Filters tab, search and select Name. Under the Name drop-down, select the customer.
  4. Tap OK.
